This is a charming family house nestled just 50 meters from the prestine, deep blue waters of beautiful Plakes Beach. Located just a short 7-minute boat ride away from the port, this unique settlement is renowned for its charming countryside houses along the shoreline. These beloved properties, serve as personal getaways for the locals - a tradition that has stood the test of time. The space This inviting haven presents an alluring escape for extended families yearning to retreat from the hustle of city life. The house is surrounded by a welcoming olive tree grove, with enough space to practice yoga, sunbath or play with your family and friends. At the courtyard there is a shower you can use to wash off the sea salt. The house is spacious enough for 5 or 6 people with a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals and a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea to enjoy them. Guest access You have full access of the house except from a room which is locked. At the ground floor there is another house owned by the family which is out of reach. Also the olive tree grove is split for use of both the family and the visitors, but there is no eye contact between them. It is essential to respect the quiet hours, since the settlement is a true heaven on earth and all visitiors and local families select it excactly to relax and find some peace of mind. Other things to note It's important to note that reaching this retreat involves using local settle boats or taxi boats.
