Great for morning coffee or just a peaceful place to sit, relax and enjoy a beautiful setting, surrounded by nature throughout the day or evening. The keyless entry front door opens to a foyer. To your left is a spacious front closet with extra chairs and a card table. Straight ahead is the living area and to your right is a large dining-room with dining table and board games to choose from should you and your guests choose to have a night in. Through the dining area is an office with a desk facing a large bay window. The office circles around into the entrance for the full kitchen equipped with pots, pans, mixing bowls, large refrigerator/freezer, double oven, dishwasher, coffee bar/Kuerig and more. Off the kitchen, a door leads to the rear deck that spans the length of the home, a great place for outdoor dining, and provides beautiful views of the back yard. Please note: there is no guest access to the yard itself. Guest access ends at the rear deck. From the kitchen, you will enter the living area equipped with a propane fireplace, built in wood bookshelves, usb lamps and smart TV. The hall leads to a laundry room to the left with full washer/dryer, a bedroom to the right with single bed, generous closet space, hangers, iron, ironing board, nightstand, usb lamps, and a vanity that can be used as private space for getingt ready or a dedicated work space. Further down the hall to the right is one of two bathrooms. Directly across is another bedroom with queen size bed, closet, hangers, iron, ironing board, vanity that can also double as a private work space, usb lamps and end tables. At the end of the hall is the entrance to the mother in law suite/apartment. This space has 2 bedrooms. The first includes a kitchenette with toaster oven, kuerig, smart tv, 2 single bed sleeper chairs, iron, ironing board and a bar style dining table. The second is a master bedroom with a large closet, washer/dryer, master bathroom, usb end tables, reading chair and table with lamp, iron, ironing board and private access to the deck. This part of the deck space includes a bistro table for two, tiki lights and a peaceful, private ambiance. The over-all space is versatile, quiet, peaceful and certain to provide options that you can tailor to your preferences/needs as to enhance your getaway experience. Guests have full access to the Upper Level of the home. The lower level is reserved for occasional maintenance or housekeeping access.
