WE ARE NOT LOCATED IN THE CENTRAL NEIGHBORHOOD. WE ARE ALSO NOT LOCATED NEAR PLAYA NORTE AND PLAYA CENTRO. I offer you free bicycles so that you can move around more easily and save a few pesos. Just a 1-minute walk away you will find the Caribbean Brisas Restaurant and just a 2-minute walk away is Mango Cafe. In front of the house you will find a small wine, liquor and grocery store, called Six La Isleña, offering good prices and promotions on beers. Chedraui is the largest grocery store on Isla Mujeres. There you will find a wide variety of products, and it is located just a 5-minute walk away. The neighborhood is very cheerful and safe, you can see children playing in the streets all the time. The space is located in the middle part of Isla Mujeres. You can take a taxi to take you to the island's downtown area. It won't take you more than 10 minutes to get there, where you will find the well-known Playa Norte, which is among the world's top 10. Also, in Colonia Centro, you will find a variety of craft shops, golf cart rentals, boat rides, bars, and restaurants. You have 2 bikes at your disposal, I only ask you to take good care of them, otherwise I will charge you for the inconvenience. VERY IMPORTANT: Bicycles are not included in the cost of renting the room, I will give them to you for free when they are available as they sometimes suffer mechanical failures and they will be delivered to you at the same time as your check-in, which is at 3 pm, not before and you return them at 11 am at the same time as your departure, not after, I repeat, I give you the bicycles for free, they are not included in the cost of the room and VERY IMPORTANT as long as they are available since sometimes they have to be taken to the mechanic for proper maintenance. But if you arrive before 3 pm, you can leave your luggage at the house without any problem and at no cost. Update February 27, 2020: I had a very bad experience hosting a 4-year-old boy with his mother, for that reason I do not accept children and babies. That occasion was the first and only time. Update June 25, 2020: Cleanliness has always been the most important thing for us. In these times of the Covid 19 pandemic, we've reinforced cleaning and hygiene measures, so we ask visitors to respect the check-in time, as it will take us longer than normal to leave everything clean and tidy. If you arrive before check-in time, you can gladly leave your belongings while we finish cleaning. Thank you very much :) Guest access Access to the bedroom is through a hallway, where you will sometimes find someone from my family :) Outside the bedroom there is a small bench where you can sit to have a coffee or enjoy the day. You also have a very small space to hang your towels and clothes. The room is completely private, with its own separate entrance. Inside, you'll find the bathroom and kitchen, which will always be at your disposal. During your stay Don't hesitate to ask me for information, help or any other matter you have questions about, I will always be close and available to help you. Other things to note I have 3 dogs, but they will never bother you, as they are in the yard. The Wifi tends to fail when the weather is rainy or windy.
