This will expedite the booking/acceptance process. We have an exterior video surveillance camera at entrances to the home. This is a shared house, private room. If you are bringing a pet, please include them in your total number of guests (we charge pets as additional guests, $15/night/pet). No cats or high shedding dog breeds. If excessive fur is found, additional $50 cleaning fee will be requested. Don’t use the address to sign up for anything or have anything delivered.
