Then welcome to our H&B Apartment Kettig! The space This spacious, fully equipped 2-room apartment has about 75 m² and is located on the ground floor of an apartment building in a central location of Kettig. In the immediate vicinity you will find a bakery, cafes, a butcher, public transport and a supermarket. From the free parking lot in the backyard, you can reach the entrance to the house after a few meters. Directly after the front door, you can reach the apartment via 4 steps. The apartment is equipped with a total of 5 sleeping places. In the first bedroom there are two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm), in the second bedroom, spatially separated by a curtain from the living / dining area, there is a king size double bed (180 x 200 cm). In addition, the sofa in the living area can be converted into a bed (140 x 200 cm). The apartment can be completely darkened with shutters and blackout curtains. The highlight in the living room is our lovingly designed COFFEE bar. Here you can prepare a delicious coffee or hot tea and fully enjoy your stay. Furthermore, our apartment offers a sofa corner with armchairs, a smart TV, two spacious wardrobes, a beautiful dining table for up to six people, a desk, as well as Wi-Fi/Internet connection with 50 Mbps. The bathroom awaits you with a floor-to-ceiling rain shower, hairdryer, towels, shower gel, soap, toilet paper and toiletries. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find, among other things • A large fridge/freezer combination • An induction stovetop • an oven with microwave function • A dishwasher • dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, toaster • Oil, sugar and spices Are you traveling with a child? Your little treasures are especially welcome with us. To make your arrival and stay as relaxed as possible, we have a baby bed (60 x 120 cm) and a high chair ready for the little guests. For the baby cot including linen, we charge an additional fee of €10.00 per stay. We are happy to provide the highchair for you free of charge. Please let us know! The apartment includes two parking spaces in the courtyard. So you can arrive with up to two cars, park for free in the backyard and move into the apartment comfortably. For your further comfort, we have a washing machine, a drying rack, as well as an iron and ironing board. Guest access Access to the apartment is completely keyless and is possible at any time from the check-in time. Before your arrival, we will send you a PIN code with which you can enter the apartment at any time during your stay – very easy. Check-in from 3 pm; check-out by 10 am. Earlier check-in or later check-out is only possible after consultation and for a fee. Other things to note Hiking vacationers will find countless, beautiful hiking trails and dream paths along the Rhine and Moselle in the surrounding area, which are waiting to be explored. Cyclists are superbly connected to the Rhine cycle path with less than 10 minutes' travel time. Furthermore, numerous tourist attractions such as the Deutsches Eck, the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress including cable car ride, the old town of Koblenz, as well as the Geysir in Andernach can be explored. As a business traveler, you can expect a cozy workplace with fast Internet access (50 Mbps). Downtown Koblenz is approx. 10 minutes by car or by bus line 357 towards Koblenz, which departs in the vicinity of the apartment. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment, which is why smoking is prohibited in the entire apartment.
