The space The apartment is part of an apartment hotel called Seagull and is located on the 12th floor in a residential building. It is equipped with a queen-size bed, with a luxurious mattress and bedding. A modern bathroom with a shower comes with complimentary toiletries and towels. Housekeeping service is available between 11:00-17:00 daily, should you require it, free of charge. Guest access You arrive in the lobby entrance on the side of the building facing away from the beach. If Sergo or one of our guest services team is not available when you arrive, approach the reception and tell them you need access to Seagull Apartment Hotel on the 12th floor. We have a dedicated reception and staff on the 12th floor. Other things to note Your room features a mini-bar refrigerator and a kettle, along with complimentary tea and coffee for your convenience. Please note that the rooftop pool is managed by a separate company and requires a small daily fee for access. This is a brand-new building, and there are currently three other buildings under construction nearby. As a result, there may be some construction noise during the day. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.
