Cosy room with central location

The ideal starting point to discover Berlin! The space The flat is 60sqm big. It is equipped with : - A large and beautiful balcony facing south-west, where it is possible to eat. - A bathroom with a window, with storage for your personal belongings and toiletries provided (shower gel, shampoo, towels). - A cosy kitchen where we can meet to eat and chat. The kitchen is fully fitted with cooking equipment and utensils. - Three bedrooms: yours + two other bedrooms occupied by my partner and myself. Please note that external visitors are not permitted. About your room: - It is 15sqm big. - It is bright, there is a large window with a clear view on the quiet street (no vis-à-vis), where you can see beautiful sunrise if you wake up early enough ;-) - It is furnished as follows: a double bed (with mattress, duvet and pillows), two bedside tables with table lamps, a large wardrobe, a mirror and a working desk with chair. As this is our home, we may receive visit from family and friends. If this is the case, you will be informed prior to your arrival of the presence of additional person(s) in the accommodation.
