We are Alice and Stefano, in March 2021 we started the renovation of a small dream. Our ambition: to create an innovative and eco-sustainable structure. The apartments are equipped with all modern comforts. We are located a few meters from the sea, about 500, in a quiet area surrounded by numerous services and a stone's throw from Parco del Gelso. You will find indoor covered parking and electric car charging. The location is strategic for visiting nearby locations. The space The 55 sqm apartment is located on the second floor, WITH an elevator, in a modern and eco-friendly building. It consists of a designer LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN with: a refrigerator, oven, induction cooktop, coffee machine, kettle, sofa bed, balcony and air conditioning. Bathroom with openspace shower and a large and bright bedroom with wardrobe, balcony and air conditioning. A cot or armchair bed can be added upon request. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 1 child. Hallway with built-in closet, where you will find a washing machine and storage space.
