The small Chateau gîte, Cauchois farmhouse

Criquetot-sur-Ouville is in the center of a Rouen-Dieppe-Le Havre triangle, the 3 cities are 30 minutes away. The first beach is only 20 minutes away. The old caretaker's house has become the cottage of the little castle. Surrounded by a farmhouse (beech-ash-oak on embankment), it is nestled away from view. You will have a great time relaxing in this quiet and relaxing place. You will also be close to all amenities: supermarkets, shops, cinema, golf, tennis, swimming pool... The space Here's how the space is set up; - Large entrance with cloakroom - Large cozy living room with pellet stove and central heating - Scandinavian dining area - Fully equipped industrial style kitchen. - Bathroom, separate toilet - Upstairs, 3 bedrooms distributed by a central landing room that acts as a 2nd small living room or space dedicated to remote working during the day (Wi-Fi connection available throughout the property) The bedding consists of 3 double beds, including 1 king size 160 x 200. In addition to the classic amenities you can find in our cottage: - Washing-drying machine - Dishwasher - Tassimo capsule coffee machine (espresso capsules not provided) and classic filter coffee maker. - Garden and terrace with garden furniture, barbecue available. - Baby equipment upon request - Sheets, linens (towels and tea towels) are an option to be paid in addition to the rental: 7 euros per pair of sheets/5 euros per towel per person. Guest access The cottage is located in our property but it is completely independent and sheltered from view, a garden exclusively reserved for the cottage is fully fenced. Other things to note One bag of pellets per day will be provided during the heating period, this is a supplement since the accommodation already benefits from central heating.
