The space AMBIENCE - Nestled into a sweeping dune, this 3-level cottage, designed by a local architect, is testament to creative space utilization and design. The coastal ambience is mirrored in the bamboo and tiled floors, and the 12-ft soapstone island is the perfect place to prepare a delicious meal for your family and friends. Natural light floods the home through the 39 windows, creating a bright and airy space, and affords unimpeded views. KITCHEN - Fully stocked for cooking, baking, and entertaining. ROOMS - All bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided for up to 8 people. ENTERTAINING INDOORS - At ~2600 sq ft, there is plenty of space to accommodate everyone. The dining table seats 10, the living room sectional is perfect for movie nights or board games while watching the sunset, and the seating areas on the 3rd floor loft offer stunning lake and wooded/tree views. ENTERTAINING OUTDOORS - Want to entertain outside? There is a balcony dining table, with an awning and sunshade, on a large wraparound lakeside balcony. On the back deck, there is a seating area, set against trees with lake and sunset views. IN THE AREA - Looking for things to do in the area? Explore locations like Silver Lake Dunes, nearby Lighthouses, Lewis Adventure Farm & Zoo, Golf courses, and more! Guest access You'll have access to all common areas and bedrooms in the home. Other things to note FOR ALL AGES - Great for all ages, adults and children. We have baby gear available at the house, which includes one pack-n-play, a high chair, a changing pad, a diaper pail, a baby monitor, and baby/child friendly dishware. There are also youth-friendly and adult level games. THINGS TO KNOW - As you enter the neighborhood, there are also a few things we'd like you to be aware of: - There is limited cell service. Once you arrive to the house, there is high-speed, fiber internet/WiFi for you to use, including for WiFi calling. The username and password are in the app, the Welcome Book, and there is also a QR code on the kitchen wall for easy access. - There are always people walking, so please abide by the 15mph speed limit.
