Welcome to the heart of Trastevere. My apartment is centrally located in a picturesque area, on a very quiet and peaceful street, surrounded by plenty of greenery. It comprises: an entrance hall with an open-plan kitchen, a bright living room, a bathroom with a shower/bath, a double bedroom, and a small bedroom with two single beds pushed together to form a double bed. Equipped with air conditioning, independent heating and free Wi-Fi. The perfect solution for a stay in the heart of Rome. The space The apartment is on the second floor, and there is no lift. The space is large, comfortable and very bright. Thanks to the kitchen, which is located along the wall, it offers the necessary space to accommodate 4 people. The rooms are comfortable with very spacious wardrobes. The second bedroom consists of two single beds that are always open so that it is a double bed. The bathroom is large, there are two sinks, a bathtub with shower head and a storage room where you will find the washing machine, the drying rack and the possibility to leave your luggage. There is a Moka pot for coffee and a Nespresso machine in the house. Guest access For smokers, there is an outdoor space outside the front door. Other things to note Upon your arrival, we will make an additional registration to the Accommodation Service - State Police through your documents. You'll take care of the host who will register. To give you maximum flexibility, you can check in yourself using the key box. You will receive instructions shortly before your arrival, so you can access the accommodation completely independently and at any time. Important note on the ZTL and Parking: The apartment is located in the heart of Trastevere, within a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL).
