Double bedroom (1 of 2) with shared bathroom

Share my home in the historic market town of Saxmundham, and use it as a base to explore the many hidden gems along the Suffolk Coast. Quaint villages, beaches, marshes, bird sanctuaries, estuaries, forest and country walks, and a relaxing and comfortable space with a friendly host who knows the area well and will go the extra mile to make your holiday unforgettable. Continental breakfast is included. The space My home is a 4 bedroom house. My bedroom has an ensuite, so the other 3 bedrooms are for guests. The star room is the King ensuite, with a further 2 double rooms sharing a large modern bathroom. Downstairs there is a large living room and a dining/piano room at the front of the house, a kitchen and utility room and a large second living area. There is also a sunny garden with plenty of areas to sit and relax and a large double garage for storage of bikes if required. Guest access You can access all rooms in the house apart from other guests' rooms, my bedroom and my office. During your stay Although I work from home, I don't work many hours. I am more than happy to let you be, but I am available for anything you need. I can guide you as to where to go, what to visit, gorgeous walks and good spots for keen photographers and nice al fresco picnics. If you want to join me with my meals, please just let me know of any dietary requirements in advance. I also have a paddle board you are welcome to borrow. Other things to note I am a language tutor and work mostly from home, both online and in person. During weekdays, I may occasionally have students visiting but lessons will be limited to one room and while working online I would be in my personal office. I am gluten intolerant, so my kitchen is often well stocked with gluten free products and I also use Oat milk mostly. I could also cater for lunch and/or dinner, and guests have always been complimentary about my cooking. If you feel you would like to fill your time at home a little more, you are welcome to take Spanish or French lessons. You are welcome to join me with my craft work, which is mostly upcycling and dot art.
