In addition, A home office desk is ready to be used if you have a work-from-home job. [Living Room] _ The living area is cozy, with a brand new trendy sofa, cushions, and a table. _ Brand new smart TV, easy to enjoy Netflix. [Bathroom] _ Bathroom with all needed equipment such as hair dryer, toilet paper, ... [Kitchen] _ Plates, pans, cutleries, and all the cooking equipment are provided _ Fridge, kettle, rice cooker _ Dining table with 4 chairs _ Coffee and tea are free to provide for guests [Need to know] _ We are always available for you, whenever you need help. _ You will be charged for any damage to the apartment caused by you. The amount can go up to $1000.00. Please take responsibility for your actions. _ Washing machine is free to use. _ For long-term rental (more than 1 week), the house cleaner will be there once per week. _ We will send you confirmation letter once your booking is confirmed. However, if your reservation is less than 48 hours away and your check-in information isn’t available, it’s time to message us for the info.
