Each bedroom has it's own attached full bathroom. Enjoy an amazing view of Table Rock Lake from your private hot tub on the patio, or make memories (&S'mores!) around the firepit. Head on upstairs to play some games in the arcade! This new home comes full stocked with everything you will need for a memorable vacation. You will be just a few minutes from Moonshine Beach, Silver Dollar City, and the Branson Strip where there is endless entertainment for everyone! * MAIN LEVEL* This open concept floor plan makes spending time together easy and comfortable. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with all the dishes, pots/pans, silverware and cookware you will need during your stay. The kitchen table, counter and bar stools provide seating for at least 12 so everyone can enjoy meals together. Walk directly into the open l living room where large windows line the entire length of the home, giving you plenty of natural light and a beautiful view of Table Rock Lake. Our living room features two large luxury couches, two modern chairs, a large smart TV and electric fireplace. Sliding doors give you direct access to your PRIVATE patio with a hot tub, firepit, propane grill and plenty of seating. Two king master bedrooms are also located on the first floor. Both feature a king bed, Smart TV, and unquote bathroom with full bath/shower. All linens and towels are provided! * SECOND LEVEL * Head on upstairs and you will find an amazing arcade and theater room where you can unwind after a day of Branson fun! You can also enter the top private deck from this room. The remaining 3 bedrooms are also located on the second level. There are two king master bedrooms on this level which each have a king bed, large smart TV, closet and ensuite bathroom with full bath/shower. There is also a fun super-hero bunk room which features two bunk beds (full on bottom/twin on top). Each and every one of our bedrooms has been thoughtfully furnished with comfort and convenience in mind. the second level is also where you will find the laundry room equipped with a whirlpool washer and dryer. We will provide an initial supply of laundry detergent. We also supply an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels. Guest access We use a keypad locking system on the front door, so checking in and out is a breeze! Your personal key code will be sent to you 24 hours before your check in. **In order to give our amazing cleaners ample time to deep clean, do laundry, etc, normal check in time is at 4pm. An earlier check in time MAY be available for an additional fee. Please inquire at time of booking. Other things to note Please note that our outdoor pools follow a typical summer schedule and are open Memorial Day through Labor Day. The indoor pools are open year round! Indoor pools open at 9am. The door code to the indoor pools will be sent out with your check in instructions before your arrival. Please also note that we do not allow pets to stay on our property.
