Charming Little House Downtown

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base in downtown Historic Hayden. This 2 bedroom 1 bath house is perfectly located for your overnight before leaving Hayden airport or to escape the bustle of touristy Steamboat and spend some time in a real Colorado ranch town. There are a few restaurants within walking distance of the house as well as a coffee shop and liquor store. This house may be small but makes up for it with charm and location. The space The house features a cozy family room, dining table, and full kitchen with an additional dining nook. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a king bed that has a comfy Leesa mattress, and the other with a full-over-full bunk bed. There is a queen-sized cabinet bed on the main level, as well. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note We do not allow pets. There is one trash and one recycling bin located in the ally way. You can take your trash out there is you need to. There is no central AC. We have one small unit upstairs in the main bedroom
