Located across the street from Plattsmouth City Hall, guests are within walking distance to local cafes, coffee & thrift shops, businesses, parks, and more. Studio style apartment set up w/comfy queen bed in living area, twin bed in 1st bedroom, now with bonus 3rd full sized bed in 2nd bedroom perfect for kids or teens. Coffee machine, microwave, toaster, and air fryer, as well as pots & pans provided for your cooking convenience. The space Studio style apartment set up with cozy queen bed in living area, along with a full sized couch and small settee; twin bed in 1st bedroom; and full sized bed 2nd bedroom, perfect for kids or teens. An additional inflatable mattress, along with extra bedding, is also provided. Guest access Guests will enter the apartment through a common hallway. On street parking is available in front of the building/unit, or on S Third St. Other things to note Please note: this unit does NOT have central air conditioning; however, during warm weather there will be a portable AC in the main living/sleeping room, as well as multiple fans provided to help keep the air circulating and the apartment cool. Heating is kept on a lower setting while unit is between guests, but can be adjusted to your desired temperature upon arrival and warms up very quickly. Also, if you are visiting from out of state and flying into town/Eppley Airfield, a rental car is highly recommended. This apartment is within a few blocks of the railroad tracks. You can hear the train when it passes, especially from the front room. Earplugs are provided for guests to help drown out train & outside noise. There is also a sound machine provided in the front room. The apartment will be stocked for the proper number of guests on the reservation. There is NOT a washer & dryer on site & NO public laundry facilities in Plattsmouth. Additional guest fee is to HELP cover the linen service fees.
