Description
Located in the center of the ancient village of Tolfa, the seventeenth-century building maintains the structures and furnishings of the rooms. Born as the home of the country merchant, it represents one of the few buildings that remained intact that included a commercial activity combined with an elegant residence. The village is located on the hills of the Tolfa Mountains, an hour from Rome and half an hour from the beaches of the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Etruscan necropolis of Cerveteri to the south and Tarquinia to the north. The space The building, the owner's residence, is spread over three floors. On the ground floor, a large common entrance precedes the dining room with a kitchenette, sink and fireplace used for guests. Going up the first flight of stairs you enter the private rooms that include a living room, the double bedroom and the bathroom. Going up the last flight of stairs you arrive in the sleeping area where two double rooms with single beds with private bathroom are reserved for additional guests. The two bedrooms with private bathroom and single beds are equipped with air conditioning and heating. Guest access The common areas are only the entrance and the stairs.
