Attic in the Fontania/Serapo area

Attic with furnished garden a short walk from the beaches of Serapo and Fontania (less than a ten-minute walk). Two bedrooms (one double and one with a sofa that turns into two single beds). Air conditioning, equipped kitchen. The space The attic, renovated a few years ago, is located on the third level of a villa built at the beginning of the last century by our great-grandfather. It is accessed via two flights of external stairs (28 steps) and an additional internal flight (about fifteen steps). Our guests have access to a garden equipped with a table and chairs. A private descent within the area (about 50 meters of steps alternating with steps) allows you to reach the secondary entrance on Via Fontania, which is about 200 meters from Serapo Beach and about 500 meters from Fontania Beach. The interiors: there are two bedrooms (one double and one bedroom with a sofa that turns into two single beds), a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with sofas and a dining table, and a bathroom with a shower. There are three air conditioners (one in each bedroom and one in the living area), washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, WiFi (Fastweb). There will also be a television (which we will purchase and install by the end of April 2023). Reassurance: In the photos you can see that the blackout curtains of the two bedrooms are damaged. They will be replaced at the end of April 2023. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the attic and garden, and the right of way on the private descent that leads to the sea. Other things to note The private descent that leads to the sea crosses a courtyard in which Nina, our uncles' dog, may be present; she is medium-small in size, lively but not aggressive (a word of a cynophobe).
