The space My home is located on a ground floor in Monteolivete’s neighborhood, a few minutes’ walk from Ruzafa and the City of Arts and Sciences. It can accommodate up to 3 people. The flat features a lounge, dining area and open concept kitchen, 1 full bathroom with a very nice shower and a really nice terrace with dining table with chairs The bright features a living area with a 3-seater sofa bed with chaise longue and flat screen smart TV, a dining area with a table with 4 chairs and a fully-equipped open kitchen, where you’ll find everything you might need to prepare a meal: dishwasher, oven, microwave, vitroceramic hob, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, kitchenware and tableware. I also provide some basic kitchen condiments , and detergent for washing crockery for the first days, to avoid you the hassle and cost of this basic shopping. Also you will find a really nice cozy terrace with dining table and chairs. This area is the ideal place to lounge after a long day out sightseeing. This area has natural light and it is partially covered You will also find 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 150 x 190, to ensure a good night's rest and a bathroom with super nice standing shower. Bath amenities like shower gel, shampoo, hand soap and hairdryer are provided. The High-Speed WIFI Internet connection, 500 MB Fiber Optic Broadband, will make it possible for you to stay connected or get some work done, should you need to. The apartment is also provided with air conditioning / heating split Please ask if you are missing something and I will be delighted to assist you with whatever I can. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note - For stays of 10 days or less, the property will be considered a touristic apartment and before arrival you will be asked to provide with your personal details and sing a tourist rental contract. - For stays exceeding 10 days, it will be considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, requiring the signing of a seasonal rental contract without any tourist, vacation, or leisure purposes. - For stays longer than 28 days, the expenses (water and electricity) are included up to a monthly 150€ limit, which is a wide range for being very comfortable. The tenant will assume paying the difference above this limit. In order to do a responsible use, the ideal temperature for AC will be 24–26 ºC in summer and 19–21 ºC in winter. - The apartment will be supplied with a few basic essentials to make your first days more comfortable. Once these initial items are used, any additional purchases or restocking will be the guest’s responsibility.
