This two-bedroom house on a corner lot is your private getaway. You'll be about 2 minutes from SpaceX, 10 minutes from Los Angeles International Airport, 10 minutes from SoFi Stadium, 10 minutes from the Kia Forum and 12 minutes from the beach. The space The house has two spacious bedrooms with pillow-top queen mattresses and Egyptian cotton sheets. The bathroom features a freestanding tub and glass shower. The living room, dining room and kitchen are connected in an open floor plan, with high ceilings in the living room and big windows throughout. We recently remodeled the kitchen with new cabinets, countertops, sink and backsplash. There is a small, one-car garage. We are down the street from a small airport, so the planes taking off can be noisy at times. Guest access You'll have the whole house to yourself. This is not a duplex or a back house. It's the only residence on a corner lot. The garage is also yours to use. It is big enough for most vehicles (including our Toyota RAV-4), but if you have a larger SUV or truck, you'll find it easier to park on the street. You're welcome to hang out on the grass in the front yard or lounge in the hammock out back, watching planes fly overhead. Other things to note The neighborhood is very diverse and multicultural, and most of our neighbors are working families. We encourage our guests to use the back patio and sit under the lights at night, but quiet hours begin at 10pm, out of respect for our neighbors. We're big coffee drinkers, so there will always be beans in the house, as well as a drip coffeemaker, a Chemex pour-over brewer and a French press. The house has two TVs total: a 55-inch TV in the living room and a 32-inch TV in one bedroom. Both TVs are already logged into YoutubeTV, which has the major cable channels. You're welcome to log yourself into other streaming services as well. There are two Ring security cameras outside the house, one on the front door and the other on the back patio. Both are activated by motion. We've been AirBnb guests for years, so we know the magic of feeling at home in a new place. We're happy to answer questions about neighborhood restaurants or suggest activities around town. You're also welcome to borrow a surfboard or boogie board and catch some waves at nearby Manhattan Beach. Se habla español.
