Our villa offers: Living & Dining: A formal living space for heartfelt conversations, a dining room that seats six, and a cozy four-seat breakfast nook. Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. We proudly offer complimentary coffee, handmade and grown by local Puerto Rican farmers. Bedrooms: Three element-inspired bedrooms provide tranquil retreats. Each includes a small lounge area and a dedicated workspace with reliable Wi-Fi. 'Moonlit Water Room': King bed and ensuite bathroom. 'Sky Room': Queen bed. 'Earth Room': Two twin beds. Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms. Laundry: A new smart washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Please note: To conserve energy and embrace the natural mountain breezes, air conditioning is provided in the bedrooms only. 💫 THE ENERGY OF THIS SPACE: This is more than just a place to stay—it’s a sanctuary for transformation. Other things to note: 🪜 Note: The house has 7 steps from the parking area to the entrance and 1 step from the dining room to the living room. It is not wheelchair accessible. 📌 House Rules: o Non-smoking/vaping: $250 cleaning fee if violated. o Cleaning fee: $150 if furniture is moved or house left messy. o Damages: Guests pay for replacements; report issues on arrival. o Max 6 guests: fine per extra person or termination. o No visitors, no street parking (2 car spaces only). o Gate is manual (not electronic). 🚗 Transportation & Roads • Car required. Rural mountain roads, no Uber/taxis at property. • 2 parking spaces only. 🚫 Restrictions • No pets. Service dogs allowed with valid paperwork + $195 cleaning fee. Must notify before stay. Unauthorized pets = termination. Guest access 🔓 Guest Access Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire villa during their stay. This includes all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the living and dining areas, the fully equipped kitchen, and the outdoor courtyard with the private pool. T his sanctuary is yours to enjoy without any shared spaces. Other things to note Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and must be coordinated with the host. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. A $75 fee applies for late check-ins after 9:00 PM. Accessibility: The property is not wheelchair accessible. There are 7 steps from the parking area to the entrance and 1 step inside the home. Amenities: The pool is professionally maintained weekly but is not heated. Daily housekeeping is not included. Security: For your security, cameras are located on the exterior of the property only. Cancellations: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip. Damages & Care: Please report any issues upon arrival. Guests are responsible for the cost of replacements for any damages. A $150 fee may be charged if furniture is moved or the house is left excessively messy.
