We have managed to provide our guests with an apartment that is about a 5-minute walk from the city center, located in a very peaceful area. The apartment is 60m² +a balcony 28m², and its design will not leave you indifferent. The apartment accommodates up to 7 people. Parking space, Wi-F, W.M... The space - The apartment is luxuriously decorated and is located in the center, considered the most attractive part of the city. Despite being in the center, the area is exceptionally peaceful. - The apartment can accommodate up to 7 people. - The design is captivating. In the living room, there is a sofa bed, a wardrobe, and authentic decoration. The dining table is spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with both technical appliances (refrigerator, freezer, extractor fan, built-in stove, kettle, etc.) and utensils for preparing your favorite meals. - The double beds are extremely comfortable, a feature our previous guests particularly appreciated and highlighted in their reviews. One of the beds (as seen in the first picture) is located in the living room, next to the sofa bed, while the other is in a separate room. - In the other part of the apartment, there is an elevated area serving as a small improvised office. A quality desk and ergonomic chair will make the working experience even more pleasant and comfortable. Across from the office, there is a chair designed for relaxation and isolation, perfect for reading your favorite book. - The terrace, the main highlight of the apartment, is breathtaking. Its incredible 28m2 make this apartment even more enticing. You can enjoy an exceptional view while watching the sunrise with your favorite coffee or observing the sunset with a quality glass of wine. - Everything in the apartment is available for free use, including air conditioning, parking space, fast Wi-Fi signal, washing machine, cable TV, and many other amenities. - The apartment is courtyard-oriented, allowing you to see your vehicle in the parking area. - Since the apartment is in the center, it goes without saying that within a few minutes' walk, you'll find amenities that will make your stay more enjoyable, such as cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, health food stores, markets, and more.
