Guest access To ensure you have a pleasant and safe stay, we provide the following access and usage rights: ✅ Areas and Facilities You May Use: The entire villa, including your designated bedroom(s), bathroom(s), living room, kitchen, etc. Outdoor areas such as the swimming pool, garden, balcony, and parking space All kitchen equipment, appliances, and basic household supplies Free Wi-Fi, television, air conditioning, and other in-room amenities ⛔ Areas and Items Not Permitted for Guest Use: Staff-only rooms (if any) Storage rooms or any area marked "Staff Only" Certain equipment such as the electrical panel and pool machinery, which are restricted for safety reasons 📝 Important Notes: Please use all facilities reasonably and according to villa rules. Handle items with care to avoid damage. Be cautious when using the swimming pool. Children must be supervised by adults at all times. In case of any malfunction, damage, or emergency, please notify our staff immediately. Note: The actual room arrangement may vary depending on the situation at check-in. Other things to note 📌 Electricity, Deposit & Settlement Policy To simplify the electricity billing process and improve check-in efficiency, we kindly ask guests to prepare an advance electricity deposit of 1,500 THB per day upon arrival. Please see the details below: 💰 Deposit Amount: The deposit is calculated based on 1,500 THB per day. (For example, for a 3-night stay, please prepare: 3 × 1,500 = 4,500 THB) We accept various currencies such as CNY, USD, EUR, etc., using the exchange rate of the day. Our staff will collect the deposit when you check in. 🔌 Electricity Billing: Meter readings will be recorded at both check-in and check-out. Electricity is charged based on actual usage, at the official government rate of 7 THB per kWh. On average, electricity usage costs around 700 to 1,500 THB per day, depending on your use of air conditioning and other appliances. ✅ Deposit Refund: Upon check-out, the actual electricity cost (plus any compensation for damages, if applicable) will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance will be refunded to you on the spot by the host. ⚠️ Important Reminder: To avoid unnecessary charges, we recommend turning off air conditioning and other high-consumption appliances when you leave the villa.
