Kitchen & Dining The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances such as a refrigerator, oven and stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher. Guests will also find a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, Ninja blender, spice rack, knife block, and all cookware and dining essentials needed to prepare full meals. A Minut noise monitoring device is installed inside the home to help prevent parties. It monitors noise levels and smoke only and does not record audio or video, ensuring your privacy. Short-Term Rental Agreement After booking, guests will receive a short-term rental agreement outlining our house rules and policies. The agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking. Excessive Cleaning The cleaning fee covers a standard turnover. If the home requires excessive cleaning beyond normal use (including but not limited to excessive trash, stains, bodily fluids, excessive dirt, moving furniture, or evidence of unapproved additional guests), the additional cleaning costs will be documented and charged through Airbnb’s Resolution Center.
