Deer Run offers over 3400 sq ft of space to spread out and relax. Deer in the backyard, a large patio out back, boating and swimming nearby- while still being convenient to Nashville. The space Your vacation starts with 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 living rooms, and 3 bathrooms. All the living space is on the first floor, with only 3 steps up from the driveway. We set it up so that there is an in-law suite with 2 bedrooms. Those bedrooms each have a bunk bed in them, Double on bottom, singles on top. The suite features a kitchenette and a small living room equipped with a TV that is ready to be connected to gaming consoles. The other three bedrooms are at the other end of the house and feature 2 queen beds and a king sized bed. Rooms are large in this house and there is plenty of space to spread out. Two desks are available for those who need to 'check in' at work. The large dining room table that will seat 12 is right off of the main kitchen where you have double ovens for cooking those big meals. The kitchen connects to the main living room so that even while cooking you can be part of the group. The secondary living room is quieter and more suited to quiet time. Bikes are in the garage for riding around the neighborhood. Corn hole boards are in the garage for your use, please don't leave them out in the rain or overnight. On the main patio out back there is an outdoor table for the evening sunsets and watching deer. A gas grill is provided for your use. Kroger and Walmart are less than 10 minutes away. Lake access is 5 minutes away. Boat rentals are 15, Downtown Nashville is 30. Onsite laundry available. 2 Desks onsite for those who still need to check their work email. Guest access You'll have full access to the house with the exception of the owners closet and some basement storage space. Other things to note Dog(s) should always be crated when you're not home. Dog crates are available in the garage where it'll be cool in the summer and warm in the winter. There are ground spikes for tethering your dog out back. The fireplaces are only for show. They no longer are suitable for fires.
