The bedroom/living combo is spacious with a bistro table. The kitchen features a full size refrigerator and range. HUGE walk in closet is a plus for longer stay. The efficiency is attached to 3 bedroom home. Only shared space is driveway. The space Cozy living room/bedroom combined with a dining space. The kitchen has full size appliances but no dishwasher. The laundry room also has full size washer/dryer. This efficiency is attached to the main ranch house which is also available as Airbnb. You share the drive with the guests in the main house. Guest access You may enjoy the enclosed patio. The backyard and front porch are for the guests in the main part of the house. The main house, The Farmer's House, is also available for rent. Other things to note Max of 2 cars allowed. Park in designated space only. We do request you be mindful of noise from 9pm to 7am as there may be guests staying in the main house. No parties or loud music are allowed.
