Apartment with a full kitchen, queen bed a washer dryer inside the unit. Building is located in a quiet street not surrounded by business. Public parking 40 seconds away same street. New building 03/21. The space We have been with Airbnb for over 10 years we have properties in San Juan PR & Corsica France. We had over 750 reviews, five star rating and a Super host like the pictures shows but we lost all our history when our page was hacked in June 2023. Sad! Cozy studio with queen bed, fully stocked kitchen, free washer dryer access. a/c, heat, purified water from faucet, safe and secure. Building was completed in February 2021 has 4 units all with air conditioning, heating, washer dryer combo, full kitchen & communal roof terrace overlooking SMA. Only four units in the building. Due to limited space on the studio we have situated the washer and dryer one floor up by roof terrace seen in red. Property located uphill on a quiet street 4 blocks from El Jardín and the main plaza right in the center of town. Guest access Apartment & rooftop. Other things to note San Miguel de Allende is a happy go city fireworks and carnival atmosphere is a daily occurrence. Church bells sound early in the morning.
