Open and bright during the day and cosy and warm in the evenings, it’s a perfect flat to spend the day cooking and relaxing in, or coming home to after a hike up Arthur’s Seat! Only a 20 minute walk from Princes St, and situated in trendy Leith, with delicious bakeries, buzzing pubs and tap rooms, independent shops and top class eateries - you don’t have to roam far to enjoy it all. I love this flat (and my neighbours) and hope you will too! The space Master Bedroom, with king size bed and beautiful large window with warm velvet curtains. There is a large wardrobe and chest of drawers for clothes storage. Second bedroom, cosy queen-sized double bed on raised mezzanine level, reached by ladder. *The bed is close to the ceiling* Toilet and sink, separate deluxe rainfall shower and sink. Large living/dining room, with TV (inc. Netflix, Prime, Disney + etc) red velvet sofa and lounge chair. Fully equipped bright kitchen with gas gob, fridge, freezer and breakfast bar table and stools. Guest access All of it!! Other things to note Just a reiteration that the second bedroom is a mezzanine level bed, this means you have to climb a vertical ladder to get in (so not suitable for toddlers). Some visitors have felt a little daunted by this ascent but others have enjoyed the climb to comfort! It does feel like you’re sleeping on a cloud once you’re up there though :) HEATING The radiators can be turned up or down 1-10 on the knobs on each radiator.
