Juju's Place!

“Juju’s Place!” is a charming one bedroom/one bathroom 710 square foot cottage located in the heart of wine country. Penngrove is a quiet, peaceful community just off of highway 101. We are between all of the Napa/Sonoma and Healdsburg/Russian River vineyards, just north of Petaluma. Sonoma State is only minutes away! Lagunitas is almost walking distance! The cottage sits behind a private gate for added security. Quiet time: 9:00pm to 7:00am. From the color scheme to the furniture, we have made every effort to provide our guests with everything we could think of. We are constantly seeking feedback and encourage our guests to let us know if there is anything they need. Please be sure to send us your contact cell phone number as we will need this for check-in. Guest access The entire cottage and backyard. There is a one car garage with an unoccupied room attached that is not included in the rental. The room is used for storage, as is the garage. There is one queen size bed in the house. We will provide a travel crib and high chair upon request. Other things to note Due to county regulations we are unable to allow our guests to host events. We are permitted two overnight guests and two vehicles. This does not include children under 2. The county will permit a total of 4 people on site. Registration Details License # LIC23-0110
