Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home in the middle of nature, but only 8 km from the center of Aarhus! In the backyard there are nature trails to Engsøen, to the golf course (Mollerrup Golf), Mollerup Forest and 5.5 km. To the beach in Risskov, forest with shelter and campfire, and Aarhus' cozy pedestrian street, the marina and the new district, Aarhus Ø. The space 1st floor: Large bedroom with double bed, good duvets and pillows and closet space. Space for mattresses/extra beds. Two children's rooms with all toys + 1 junior bed/guest bed in each room. Our children are 4 and 5 years old. Smaller toilet with sink Ground floor: On the ground floor, kitchen-living room, large TV room with all channels, TV2play, Netflix etc. Large dining table. Large bathroom with double shower. Washing machine and dryer. Garden with fire pit, garden furniture, terrace with sun sun sun. PETS: There are two small kittens in the house. They are indoor and outdoor cats, so they can easily be let out, just put the food for them in the covered shed. They are affectionate and well-behaved, and would like to lie on the couch or accompany you to Engsøen if you wish.
