Relax with the whole family in this small and cozy accommodation 500 meters from the sea. Apartment consisting of 4 rooms on two levels, 50 square meters. On the ground floor, there is an entrance with a living room with an open kitchen and a double bedroom (TV in both rooms on the ground floor). Stairs to the upper floor, bathroom with shower and bedroom with bunk bed. Each room has a terrace, including the one at the entrance that can be used for lunches and dinners with a panoramic view. READ Notes and house rules The space The thing that makes this apartment unique is its brightness. It is also airy and on summer days, it is divine! As soon as you wake up, in front of a cup of coffee, on the balcony railing at the condominium entrance (as in the photo), the view of Mount Conero makes you start the day divinely. (No linen and bathroom service) Other things to note The linen service (bed/bathroom) is not available, but inside the apartment we have a washing machine to give guests the opportunity to manage everything independently. Each bed has pillows and mattress covers. The apartment is airy, but we will provide fans, and a portable air conditioner has been installed. For the beach, we will leave an umbrella to be used by those who like the free area. Small dogs are allowed (10 kg) because the size of the apartment is 50 square meters as mentioned in the description. (Bau park about 100 meters away). For those with children, 150 meters away, there is also a green area with a park, swings, slides, etc. Respect the condominium and house rules, especially accommodation hygiene and silence during rest hours.
