The house has 3 bedrooms, the first with a double bed, the second with two single beds and the third with 3 bunk beds, totaling 10 sleeping places. There is also a bathroom on the upper floor that is shared by the 3 bedrooms. Moving the beds from one room to another is not allowed, as there is a risk of damaging the furniture, walls and doors. In the event of any damage, the guest must bear the cost of repairing or replacing what was damaged. — CLEANING AND ORGANIZATION — Cleaning is carried out before the guest's arrival, so that they can enjoy their stay in a clean, organized and pleasant home. We ask that the guest cooperate and have basic hygiene and cleanliness habits, such as throwing waste and food into the trash cans provided by the house and not eating in the bedrooms. The guest is responsible for cleaning the dishes as well as collecting the garbage at the end of their stay. If these rules are not followed, an extra cleaning fee will be charged. — CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT — Check-in can be done after 10 a.m. and check-out must be done by 10 a.m. on the day of the guest's departure. Schedules can be flexible, but it depends on the host's availability, and is not possible from 12 a.m. (midnight) until 6 a.m. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to arrange. — EXTRAS — As described above, there are beds for up to 10 people to sleep in the house. It is possible to add an extra guest, with an additional fee and only the mattress (without the bed) is available. If there is any damage to the property or available objects, the guest will be charged the amount for repair or replacement. The house rules are available in a printed version in the property, and it is the guest's responsibility to read and comply with them for all those who are staying. The guest may receive visitors during the stay as long as they notify the host in advance and the visitor cannot stay overnight at the property. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property, except the backyard and two storage rooms, where the host's personal items are kept.
