An ancient country house of the 17th century, in the heart of the village of Druyes les Belles Fontaines, the 4th village preferred in France in 2023. 3-bedroom home (with 1 that is not available); 10 couchages in total, optimal for 6 people tht's why it is the maximum visitors i adit to stay. A private garden. A non-attached garden of 1000 meters right next to the house. An equipped kitchen, a shower room and a bathroom, a separate toilet. The space You will have 2 real bedrooms to accommodate 4 people: One bedroom with a double bed; Another bedroom with a double bed. But up to 10 people can be accommodated thanks to: A "blue" living room acting as a third bedroom, with a rapido-style sofa bed (very easy to unfold into a bed) and a mattress topper provided. ⚠️ WARNING: This room is separated from the hallway leading to the rest of the house by a door, but it is a walkthrough room, as you must pass through it to exit the house. The entrance lounge includes a daybed/sofa bed for two people. ⚠️ WARNING: It is connected to the blue living room. The cinema lounge has a corner sofa not intended for sleeping. ⚠️ WARNING: This is a high-traffic area since the two bedrooms, bathroom, and toilets are located upstairs. This sleeping option is actually the L-shaped sofa facing the TV. Television, high-speed fiber WiFi, and 4G (Orange, Bouygues) even in the countryside! Patio with garden furniture, wrought iron table, and gas barbecue. The patio is directly accessible from the house. A 1000-square-meter garden with table and chairs, hammock, sun loungers, a small lounge area on a natural elevated platform; large trampoline; small spring-fed pool suitable for dipping (no sunscreen allowed — it’s pure, natural water!). ⚠️ WARNING: The garden is not adjacent to the house; it is located a few meters away to the right when exiting the house. A key is available in the house, on the fireplace. Several free public parking lots, including one just 5 meters from the house (with multiple spaces). Plenty of sights to visit within a 10 km radius (Colette’s house, medieval villages including Vézelay, local farms selling regional products, riverside taverns in the village, river beach, bungee jumping in the village, etc.). Mini-market in the village, open Tuesday to Sunday morning. Supermarket 20 minutes away (Clamecy). Gas station 10 minutes away (Courson-les-Carrières). Guaranteed relaxation.
