Cozy, private room with a view

The room is located in an apartment in Jesús María, a district near Miraflores and downtown Lima by bus. Next door is a Starbucks, the Lima Chamber of Commerce, the San Felipe Residential Complex (one of the oldest residential complexes in Lima with many restaurants and local shops), and the Italian Embassy. Also within walking distance are the Real Plaza Shopping Center and the UPC and UP universities. The space The room is very comfortable, it has a double bed and a private bathroom. The room has large windows where plenty of light comes in and an open view of the district. Guest access The apartment is inside a building. You'll have exclusive use of the bedroom and bathroom shown in the photos, as I have my own bedroom and bathroom. The common areas you'll share with me are the living room and kitchen area. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer if you need to use it to store something, and I always have fruit on hand to eat, as well as different types of tea. You can have a drink as long as you clean up after eating. Other things to note The apartment is an 8-minute walk from the Salaverry Avenue bus stop. From there, you can take the purple buses to Miraflores and Barranco, or vice versa to go to downtown Lima. The apartment is very close to cafes and many restaurants. No parties or guests allowed on the property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, so please smoke only outside. Also, make sure that no loud music is played after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.
