Our home is updated with technology and charm. We have a roof deck with city views and Weber grill. This listing includes the full home which has two master bedrooms. There is a king bed in the upstairs master as well as queen be in the downstairs in-law unit which has a spa-like steam shower and a convenient bidet toilet. There are two additional guest bedrooms on the upper level adjacent to the master, one with a queen bed and one with a twin bed. Entertainment is at your fingertips with a Samsung flatscreen TV featuring full cable and Netflix. Stay connected with high-speed wifi and wireless phone chargers. We have an office, laundry and additional amenities include a Dyson blow dryer, iron, towels and all shower needs. The in-law also has a spacious desk for work or leisure. We have a fully stocked kitchen plus, you'll find a wealth of incredible dining options nearby. Stay comfortable year-round with the Nest thermostat for personalized heating and central air. Rest assured, our air is filtered and automatically refreshed daily from 4 to 5 PM. While San Francisco typically doesn't require air conditioning, you'll enjoy a cozy and climate-controlled stay in this exceptional suite. Parking - We do not have a garage. Street parking is usually easy to find but does require a permit if parking more than two hours from 8am to 6pm Monday-Friday. If you need a daily parking pass, we have them available for $30/day, please let us know at time of booking if this will be needed. Also, if you park on a hill in SF, please curb your wheels or you may be ticketed. Guest access We are available as needed. Other things to note No parties allowed. Total guests allowed is limited to those registered at the house plus one guest each. If you violate this, we will charge you $750 and ask that you vacate the property.
