On-site car parking is available too (a rare feature for CBD stays), along with a tranquil courtyard garden for you to relax in! The space Bedrooms 3 bedrooms, which sleep up to 8 guests. The airy master bedroom upstairs comprises an extremely comfortable queen bed, modern ensuite, super relaxing reading area, and balcony retreat. The other two quaint and cosy bedrooms contain a queen and double bed respectively. There is also an easy-open queen sofabed available for additional guests (or kids) to enjoy (please advise to ensure additional bedding can be arranged). ***Please note, a minimum 7 guests applies for installation of the sofa bed*** Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped for you to use, including a gas cooker, electric oven, toasty-maker, pots and pans, cutlery and utensils, kettle, French press (coffee plunger), toaster, microwave, and cleaning products. Outside The private and room-like courtyard has a 6-seater dining room table beneath a pergola, an outdoor fan and heater, and a tranquil water-feature to complement the greenery, creating a zen-space. Guest access Guests will enjoy the entire home with the exception of certain storage cupboards and the rear sheds which are reserved for housekeeping. Other things to note Parking There is on-site parking for up to 2 small cars (the second car on an angle behind the first), or for up to 1 large car. CBD parking is tight, so you’ll need to be calm and careful with accessing the park 😊
