Fale Mailani is a newly build 2-bedroom house in Nuu, close to Vaitele Fou. Both bedrooms and the living area have A/C. Rental car available on demand. 15 minutes car ride away from Apia centre and easy to take the bus to the centre. In Vaitele Fou you can find supermarkets, small shops, a local market etc. On the same land, there are 3 other private houses, used by my family. Great way to discover the Samoan culture. Parking onsite. The space The property has a surface of 100m2. Please note that there are a few steps to access the house. There is a ramp to access the house by the back door by wheelchair or for people that have difficulties using stairs. When you enter the house, you can find the living room, dining area and kitchen with A/C. There are 2 bedrooms with double-bed, wardrobe and A/C. The bathroom includes a shower with hot water, sink, toilet and washing machine. The big veranda offers you a private space to enjoy the cooler evenings. Guest access The property is located on a private land. There are 3 other houses on the same land that are used by my family. The house Fale Mailani is for guests only, but the surroundings is shared space. Feel free to collect any fruits or vegetables that grow on the land. Other things to note Please note that our property is run by cash power. This is a pre-paid electrical system that allows you to top up your power. Top up stations are found at most convenience stores on island. As we will be providing the initial power at your arrival, once this runs out, you will be paying this at your expense.
