Ideally located in the center of Vittel, less than 500 m from all the places of interest in the city and in a small quiet residence. In the center of Vittel you will find all the shops and restaurants you may need. Whether for vacation or for your work, its location is the perfect place to recharge your batteries by taking advantage of its high-end services and high-quality furniture. I tried to think of everything for your stay. Practical: - Specify the number of guests present at the time of booking. Depending on this number, you will have access to 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms (unoccupied bedrooms will be closed). The choice of rooms will be made on site upon arrival. For any specific request, contact us. - For your arrival, you will need to contact me no later than the day before to prepare for your arrival. You will also need to let me know as soon as possible the desired time for your check-in. - Check-in from 5 p.m. (If you arrive outside of these hours, contact us for a surcharge of 10 euros) - Check-out before 10 a.m. Comfort: - Linens are provided: we provide you with sheets and towels. For each bed: 1 duvet cover, 1 fitted sheet, and 2 pillowcases. For each person: 1 bath towel. Please indicate the number of people present at the time of booking. If you want more linen, contact us, it will be charged extra. - The residence is secure (Entrance door with digicode). - Equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, SENSEO coffee maker, toaster, kettle, stove, pots, dishes...) and provided (salt, pepper,...) - Beautiful outdoor terrace, decorated with 4 chairs, 4 armchairs, a table and decorated. - Soap, Hair dryer, Iron. - Wifi - TV in the living room and in the two large bedrooms - 2 Double Beds (160 x 200) - 1 bunk bed (2 mattresses of 120 x 190) - Table and 6 chairs - Washer/dryer - Dishwasher Geographical location: - 500 m from all amenities - Downtown: various shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, bakeries, butchers, greengrocers, casino, parks, thermal baths... - Access the SNCF train station in 8 minutes on foot. - Enjoy the whole city of Vittel entirely on foot with a central location. Parking and Access: - 1st floor of the residence - 8-minute walk to train station - Free and easy street parking Communication with guests: - I speak (a little) English. - We will be happy to host you and recommend the best places to eat and go out. House Rules: No smoking inside, smoking allowed on the terrace 1 pet accepted at an additional cost of €70 per stay. No parties or events Check-in is anytime after 5 p.m. - - Minimum stay of 2 nights in low season - - The accommodation is non-smoking - - Please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it - - Windows must be closed when you go out and garbage must be taken out. - - In case of problems with the equipment, please let us know of any malfunction, we are available to respond quickly. - - We ask tenants to do the cleaning and dishes before they leave. If the accommodation is not clean during the exit inventory, we keep a cleaning fee directly deducted from the security deposit. - - A cleaning fee is offered upon arrival if you do not wish to carry out the cleaning yourself (€50). Guest access You have the entire place to yourselves. The accommodation is on the first floor without elevator access. You have access to a large private terrace.
