Grand View House on Hamilton Creek

This spacious 3,000 sq. ft. home has 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and sleeps up to 15. It is a beautiful open concept home with a porch and deck overlooking Hamilton Creek. It is the perfect spot for a large family, or multi-families, to congregate. The porch even has a hanging twin bed that’s super comfy and has been coined by a guest as “the flying bed.” The space Downstairs is a master suite with a queen size bed, Jacuzzi tub and shower. The Library downstairs contains a futon that folds down into a double bed. Upstairs boasts four uniquely decorated bedrooms, a full bathroom and a door allowing the whole upstairs to be closed off. Two bedrooms have a queen size bed each, the third room offers a double bed and a twin futon, while the final room has a bunk with two twins, a twin cast iron daybed and a twin trundle. The open living/dining area is separated only by a free standing, river rock fireplace made out of rocks taken from the creek on property. The dining area features a table that can seat up to 14 people while the living area has a smart TV. We also offer free WIFI. The Library has tons of books and a TV that can be used with the provided DVD/VHS player and movies. The house also features a large, modern kitchen complete with granite countertops. It has everything you need to cook and dine in style. The gas stove/oven has 4 burners plus a griddle for cooking. The kitchen comes equipped with a full-size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dish washer. Guest access Situated on our 6 acre property, the house comes with its own bbq grill and firepit. Guests have access to the creek where you can fish and swim. We provide canoes on a first come, first serve basis and there is a treehouse for the kids! We are happy to be able to provide WiFi for our Grandview House guests! Other things to note We are located about 7 miles outside Marble Falls. There is an HEB, Walmart and movie theatre, as well as several restaurants, wineries and breweries. We will provide you with a magazine detailing local attractions and we're also available to make recommendations!
