The sunny guest room is located in Lenggries, a 5-minute walk from the Isarradweg [cycling path], in a quiet location, 500 m away from the Brauneck mountain railway. The double room with south-facing balcony and the bathroom (shower, bathtub, toilet, bidet) is newly renovated. The bathroom is usually exclusively available. The hiking trails and cross-country ski trails start right in front of the house. The Edeka market and three restaurants are a 4-minute walk away. The space The guest room and bathroom are on the 1st floor of our semi-detached house. We live in the house in the attic. Other things to note Lenggries is a health resort, so the visitor's tax is payable in cash at our place €1.50 per person/night
