Superb apartment F3 in the heart of the village of Saint Bres, quiet and less than 300 m from shops ( Lidl, bakery, pharmacy, taba, equipped pool..) You have a children's activity park 250 m away. The apartment has been completely refurbished, it is fully equipped. It is located on the ground floor of our villa with a private terrace and free access to the barbecue area. You will be 16 minutes from the beaches by vehicle The property has access to the swimming pool from May 15. The space The apartment consists of master bedroom with double bed and dressing room In the 2nd bedroom we have two single beds and a dressing room. The air-conditioned lounge is 17 m2 in which you can find a Clim, tv,decoder and a sofa bed with a view of the garden. The master bedroom is equipped with a crib with this changing table. Then we have a very nice equipped kitchen almost new . In front of the entrance of the apartment you have exclusively a relaxing area (garden furniture). Please respect the number of people listed on your reservation request. Finally, we provide you with a large terrace with a large barbecue. You have access to the pool from 10am until 7pm privately From 7pm it will be shared with the owner.
