Private guest suite with full kitchen

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. You'll have access to entire a guest apartment with your own kitchen and bathroom. 30 minutes walk or 6 mins drive from the light rail station- Mountlake Terrance, 5 minutes walk to bus, lake Ballinger, 8 mins walk to 99 Ranch market grocery, Planet fitness and restaurants. Guest access You'll have the entire suite (bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom) for yourself. You're also welcome to use our front and back yards. The garage is a shared place for laundry. Other things to note ## Check in and check out time Our normal check in time is 3:00pm and normal check out time is 11:00am # Parking You can park in our driveway. If you have an oversized vehicle, you could use the RV spot in front of our home. ## Heating Besides the central furnace, the place has another wall heater just right to the bed. ## Cooling The place is very cool in summer and we never need an AC there. There's a fan in the kitchen in case you need it. ## Additional pillows and blanket Additional pillows and blanket can be found inside the closet. ## Outlets On the back of the bedside lamps you can find outlets, usb, and usb-c ports to charge your devices. There's also a power strip hidden behind the right side of the TV. ## Noise and quite time The quite time is from 10pm to 7am. You might hear some noise around 8am when we're getting ready for school and work, and again around 7pm when we're having dinner. The furnace might have some noise during colder days. We're always mindful about the noises. Please let us know anytime if there's something bothering you. We also provide free ear plugs - you can find them on one of the nightstand.
