Other shopping Centres are:City Mall & Nyali Centre. For AC USAGE-GUESTS LOAD TOKENS into the AC Secondary Smart Meter & use AC at their own convenience. My unit is perfect for couples & solo travellers seeking comfort & convenience. Housekeeping & change of beddings is done after every 2 nights. Unit is on 4th Floor. The space AC is only installed in the bedroom. My rate on the App doesn’t include AC charges. If you’ll be using the AC, I have a Secondary Smart meter for AC usage ONLY which the payment details will provided on your check-in date. My housekeeper comes after every two nights for housekeeping and to change beddings and towels. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. Parking, the caretaker will advise on where you can park. Available parking space is for one car only. Other things to note Please plan your stay accordingly, if you’ll be arriving early morning, kindly book the previous night for early check in. We cannot accommodate an early check in for the overnight train, neither do we have a reception for one to wait. No parties! No loud music past 10p.m. Only 2 people are allowed per booking. This is a residential apartment so the above rules MUST be observed. ALWAYS CARRY YOUR KEYS WITH YOU, once you check-in.
