Guest access You will have access to your modern cottage and large yard. The shared pool is available to booked guests. For safety farm access is only available with an owner chaperone. Other things to note Accessibility - The home is zero entry from the sidewalk and all on one level. The showers are walk in. Railroad - Enjoy a great view of the Burlington Northern Railroad across the farm. You may hear the train in the distance. Pool - The pool is located between Headquarters and nearest The Blue Brick and open between 9AM-9PM. It is not heated and kept open as long as possible, typically mid May to early October. Rarely it may be closed briefly for private events. Extended check in/out – We work hard to clean your home. Due amount of cleaning/laundry required between stays we cannot accommodate late check in/out. If you need more time please extend your stay an additional night. Healthy & Clean – We work to be able to clean and turn this home on the same day for new guests. Our property is strictly 100% smoke-free and vape-free. A $500 professional remediation fee will be assessed if any evidence of, or odor of, smoking/vaping is found in the home (including porches/patios) or any excessive mess is left behind requiring heavy-duty deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover. Consumable Amenities - Please note that we provide a typical number of consumable amenities based on the length of your stay (such as paper towels, dishwasher tabs, shampoo, etc).
