Our cozy and inviting master bedroom comes with a private bathroom, offering you both comfort and privacy. You’ll also have access to shared spaces, including a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and a welcoming common area. Located just minutes from numerous restaurants, convenience stores, Target, and Costco, you’ll have everything you need within easy reach. Plus, top attractions like Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, and Huntington Beach are only 15 to 30 minutes away. Make this your home away from home—you’ll love your stay! Note: please AWARE it has SHARE common SPACES with other tenants, it is not private guest house Guest access Private room with private bathroom inside the room. The room has the smart lock. You will share the kitchen, dining area, and laundry. Each room has owned storages in the kitchen cabinets and inside the fridge with room sign on them. Please respect other guests and keep the noise low as much you can, and don’t touch others foods. You are welcome to use the every without any sign on the public area Note: the room is good for 3 people. There is the floor bed size twin for the third guest. Please check your message on airbnb app for EXACTLY ADDRESS and check in instruction. The house is nearby between Trask Ave and Taft St 2. Please respect other guests who are staying in the house with you 3. Please try not wear shoes inside the house, we have the shoes rack at the front door 4. Please NO SMOKING/ WEED inside the room. You may smoke outside the house, but please be careful with the flame and DO NOT smoke front of my kids around 5. The number of guests should be state correctly at the booking 6. You feel free to use washer and dryer, please bring your own laundry detergent 7. Tap water is not recommended for drinking, so please bring your own water.
