This A-frame cabin is conveniently located within city limits, but sits in the pines for a woodsy feel. The home has an upstairs loft bedroom with a queen size bed. Downstairs there is a family room with sofa bed, a full kitchen and a full bath. The home is fully stocked with towels, linens, kitchen utensils, and a BBQ. There is a washer and dryer for your use. The house is walking distance to downtown and the hot springs pool. Across Hwy. 550 there is the River walking trail that you can take in town or just to enjoy the beautiful Uncompahgre River and mountain views. The stairs to the upstairs loft are steep.
