Welcome to our charming and snug Airbnb listing in the heart of the South of Seattle! This is an ideal retreat for families or small groups of friends. The house is 15 mins away from Seatac Airport, 15 mins to downtown Seattle, 12 mins to Southcenter mall, 20 mins to downtown Bellevue. With easy access to public transportation, you'll have the chance to explore the many attractions Seattle has to offer. Checkin at 3pm and checkout at 11am daily. On-demand room service for $40/h (1h normally) The space Longterm guest are welcome. 1 small bedroom for kid, 2 bedrooms with full size bed and linen. We also got a portable crib for your little ones. Guest access Feel free to use everything in the house except the shed. Other things to note The iron and ironing table is in the closet of the master bedroom. TV with free Netflix Some essential amenities like towels, toothpaste, toothbrush..etc .& hair dryer is store under the bathroom sink. We offer some essential items to ensure your baby have comfortable. Find them in the storage room. Coffee, creamer, spices and some delicious treats from us can be found in the kitchen cabinet. Two trashcans available: one for general waste and another one (in the laundry room) for recycle Free parking on the street or inside the property yard. If you chose non-refundable option to get additional 10% off when finalize the transaction with Airbnb, then it’s non-refundable transaction just like you buy a non-refundable flight ticket. Nothing much we can do if you can’t go for the trip because we offer very flexible cancellation policy already (you can cancel prior to 1 day of check-in time). We have exterior cameras that actively recording both video and sound for security purposes. Please do not readjust or change anything with the cameras.
