The space Enter The Tea Olive A with a simple step up from the brick-laid sidewalks on Taylor Street. Enjoy a roomy living area with oversized sofas and a smart TV to stream your favorite shows. Flowing from front to back of the primary floor, you will find a freshly updated kitchen with butcher block countertops and a significant splash of color. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, including pots, pans, dishware, and more. There is also a half bath right there in the hallway. Brew your morning coffee in the kitchen and step out into the shared courtyard to enjoy a large deck, patio furniture, and plenty of greenery. Whether early morning or evening, the courtyard is a wonderful place to enjoy beautiful Savannah weather. Head upstairs to find two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Each bedroom features a queen mattress with crisp linens and plush pillows. Large windows and high ceilings fill the rooms with natural light. Closets and dressers provide ample storage for extended stays. The bathrooms are outfitted with a combination tub/shower, vanity, toilet, and all essentials, including toilet paper, towels, and a hair dryer. Are you working remotely during your stay? All homes have high-speed Wi-Fi and ample room to set up your home office. Love this townhome but need more space? We encourage you to use the rear porch/courtyard to enjoy some morning coffee or evening cocktails :) The outdoor space is the only shared space on the property, so please be courteous of your neighbors when passing by/using the space, especially if you are bringing a dog. Other things to note We allow up to 2 dogs, the fee for one is $100 and the fee for two is $200. Must be paid before checking in. No parties. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is permitted at the property. No illicit activities, peddling, or soliciting are allowed on the property. Do not smoke on the property or near the home. You must be 21 years of age to drink alcohol. Report all damaged property to the property owner immediately. Treat the apartment with respect, as if it was your property.
