Why stay in a crappy hotel room, when you can stay in a brand new tiny home?! Our City Limit Casita is the perfect amount of space for 1 or 2 people. It’s artfully decorated, has brand new furnishings, is surrounded by nature and is the perfect home base for exploring St. Augustine. The casita features a 12 in memory foam queen bed, table or work space, and spacious walk-in shower. It’s located 1.2 miles from the historic downtown. So close to all the action, but on a quiet and peaceful street. The space The casita is a detached tiny home behind the main house on the property. There is 1 parking space allotted for casita guests, a private walkway to the casita and a private entrance. Guests also have access to the backyard and green space behind the casita. The casita is brand new! It’s approximately 400 square feet, with an open concept living and bedroom area. The full bathroom is private and separated from the rest of the space by a pocket door. The living room space has a sofa and tv and a table or workspace that can fold against the wall if desired. The bedroom space features a queen size bed with a brand new 12 inch memory foam mattress. The private bathroom has a huge walk-in shower with great water pressure. The kitchenette has a frig and a toaster oven, a Keriug coffee maker, plates and silverware. It’s perfect for snacks, keeping food cold and heating food up, but it’s not set up for cooking. Guests are welcome to use the yard and green space behind the casita. See if you can find the over hundred year old coquina city limit marker. It’s our favorite feature on the property. City Limit Casita is the perfect home base for exploring St. Augustine! Guest access Guests have access to the entire casita and the yard behind the tiny home. Guests have 1 parking space in the driveway, so 1 car or truck is allowed. Guests do not have access to the main house on the property. Other things to note The casita is a detached studio/ tiny home, behind the main home on the property. You may or may not see someone staying in the main house during your stay.
