Located a short 5 minutes walk away from the city centre, my home is ideal for city lovers and historians alike. There's an abundance of amenities right on your doorstep from the Bar City Walls, to heaps of cafes to try. We're open to families and longer stay upon request. The space This charming property offers a welcoming and comfortable space, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your stay. ✨ The Space ✨ The entrance hall leads to the living room, featuring two comfy sofas, a leather armchair, and a beautiful fireplace. It’s equipped with a 40-inch smart TV and a selection of DVDs for a relaxing evening. The kitchen offers seating for 5 with an extending dining table, ideal for home-cooked meals. It’s fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, and kitchenware, plus complimentary tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits. Upstairs, the rear bedroom has 3 single beds, including a bunk bed, and blackout curtains for a restful night. The bathroom features a 3-piece suite with a shower over the bath, a W/C, washbasin, and heated towel rack. A wash kit with travel-sized toiletries is provided. The front bedroom has a double bed with a peaceful street view. All linens are hotel quality for ultimate comfort. The recently renovated rear yard features large tiles, a wooden bench, additional seating, and an outdoor table for al fresco dining. Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (hand towel and bath towel per person), as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Managed by a professional co-host of Airbnb, this property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check in and we also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. There is a small yard and parking for one car. I am afraid the estate rules will only allow cars (no vans, trailers, camper vans or motor homes.) Other things to note CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule. Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them. No pets allowed. PARKING RESTRICTIONS: There is a designated parking space for one car. I am afraid the estate rules will only allow cars (no vans, trailers, camper vans or motor homes.) Fines will be in place if the parking permit is not displayed on your dashboard.
